The 519 Toss offers fully facilitated Cornhole tournaments that help service-based businesses say “thank you” in a fresh, fun, and unforgettable way. Whether you're a real estate team, legal firm, brewery, salon owner, mortgage broker, or wellness studio, our tournaments bring your customers together for laughs, connection, and light-hearted competition. WHAT THE519TOSS WILL PROVIDE FOR YOUR TOURNAMENT:
- Professional Cornhole boards
- Regulation size Cornhole bags (Players can use their own bags, as long as they are filed with resin and not corn)
- Speaker System
- Audio Visual Equipment (If event is held indoors and wifi is readily available)
- Scoring System (Online through the Scoreholio App if wifi is available or scoring boards)
- Microphone Equipment
- Music provided throughout the tournament
- Marketing for the event in an email blast to our list and social media (Instagram/Facebook).
- Contest for tournament attendees to enter during the tournament for a chance to win a 519toss one season membership to our weekly cornhole league.
- Set-up and Take-down of all tournament equipment
- Endless fun & connection through Community one toss at a time!
WHAT THE519TOSS DOES NOT PROVIDE
The space required to hold the tournament, food, beverages, additional tournament prizes, alcohol, liquor licence, food permits, tables, chairs for seating etc… We only provide equipment and supplies directly related to the tournament.
CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT SPACE REQUIREMENTS
It is important to ensure that you have enough space for the519toss to set up all of the Cornhole tournament equipment. It is not the responsibility of the519toss to measure the space you will require for us to host your Cornhole tournament.
The following are the measurements in two configurations with total square footage for the number of boards and playing space required.
Note: Space measurements do not include seating area for your attendees, service areas for food, beverages etc…
In addition to the space required for playing, the519toss also requires a total of 10’ x 8’ minimum to set up their marketing material, audiovisual and audio equipment. Please ensure to add this space.
Ceiling Height: Minimum 12’ foot ceilings required to play Cornhole.

WEATHER POLICY
If Outdoors and inclement weather is expected or occurs during the tournament The519Toss:
- May cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
- May postpone the event if conditions are unsafe.
- An alternate day and time will be mutually decided upon and a rescheduling will be booked.
- If equipment may be at risk, we’ll work with you to adjust or reschedule.
We appreciate your flexibility and are committed to delivering a great event—whatever the weather brings.
BOOKINGS
Bookings for facilitated Cornhole tournaments will book out very quickly, especially during the summer months, so book your date early! Evening tournament bookings during the week are also available with the exception of our league nights on Sundays and Tuesdays. Fall and Winter facilitated Cornhole tournament bookings are also available. You just need to find an indoor space to accommodate your tournament.
